Full house for Women Entrepreneurs in NYC: Creative Ideas and New Beginnings

Presented by The College of Visual and Performing Arts and the WISE Women's Business Center the crowd for the Women Entrepreneurs in NYC: Creative Ideas and New Beginnings event arrived early and stayed late.
A panel discussion featured supermodel & TV Host Emme '85, milliner Ryan Wilde '02 and Cindy Touma '82 co-founder of canuworktommorrow.com. The panel was moderated by Nicole Samolis president and founder of The Events Company in Syracuse, NY. Before fielding questions from the attentive audience Emme discussed building and nurturing her brand promoting healthy living and wellness. Touma discussed the origins of her company explaining that she simply saw a need in the job market simply trying to fill that role. Ryan Wilde has made a name for herself as a rising milliner, landing features in Vogue, Bazaar and W Magazine and supplying hats to Patricia Field, Henry Bendel among others.
